Rotating deck service

The rotating deck service checks, cleans and overhauls all mechanical and electronic components that manage the deck rotation. The technician lubricates moving parts and assesses the condition of bearings and motor, ensuring operational continuity and preventing wear-related failures.

Why should I choose a refractory brick oven?+

Refractory brick stores and releases heat gradually, maintaining thermal stability and continuous operation without pauses between batches.

Is the outside of the oven hot? What cladding can I apply?+

With proper insulation, heat stays inside the cooking chamber. Standard ceramic, glass mosaic and brick cladding can all be applied to the exterior.

Is a rotating deck better than a static one?+

It depends on your workflow: the rotating deck improves productivity and evenness; the static deck gives maximum traditional manual control.

Is a flue mandatory for Ceky ovens?+

Yes, for wood and gas ovens — for correct draught and fume extraction. Ceky technicians install the oven; flue installation and certification are handled by a qualified chimney specialist. Electric ovens produce no combustion fumes and do not require a flue.
