Why should I choose a refractory brick oven?+

Refractory brick stores and releases heat gradually, maintaining thermal stability and continuous operation without pauses between batches.

Is the outside of the oven hot? What cladding can I apply?+

With proper insulation, heat stays inside the cooking chamber. Standard ceramic, glass mosaic and brick cladding can all be applied to the exterior.

Is a rotating deck better than a static one?+

It depends on your workflow: the rotating deck improves productivity and evenness; the static deck gives maximum traditional manual control.

Is a flue mandatory for Ceky ovens?+

Yes, for wood and gas ovens — for correct draught and fume extraction. Ceky technicians install the oven; flue installation and certification are handled by a qualified chimney specialist. Electric ovens produce no combustion fumes and do not require a flue.
